16-year-old killed in shooting on Pennsylvania Avenue George Gandy

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — A 16-year-old was fatally shot late Monday evening on Pennsylvania Avenue, police confirmed. The victim was taken to the hospital and was pronounced dead.
